Dr. Kalpana Agrawal is a Management Faculty,Agile Trainer and Researcher having two decades of expereince in
teaching,research, consultancy and one year of Industry experience in Merchandising in
Prathibha Syntex, Pithampur, and months experience in HR as Human Captial Manager in
Mohini Health and Hygiene, Pithampur. Her Ph.D is in HR, holds MBA with dual specialization
HR and Marketing. She also holds Masters in foreign Trade, M.A. in English Literature, she did
number of certificate courses in Analytics and Machine Learning and hence she teaches multiple
subjects including R Programming and Python and HR Analytics. .Her research area is HR
Analytics and AI in HR.
